Goodwill is a leader, environmental pioneer and social innovator of the practice of reducing, reusing and recycling people’s unwanted materials. Every year, Goodwill diverts thousands of tons of computers, paper, clothing and textiles from area landfills by recovering the value through resale and recycling. In the process, Goodwill creates job training opportunities as well as green-collar jobs for individuals who are disabled or disadvantaged.
