70 percent of the revenue collected through Goodwill’s Auto Donation Program is invested back into local programs and services to help those who are disabled or disadvantaged find work. This is made possible because of the efficient process that IAA offers to Goodwill. Goodwill works directly with Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA), the leading Auto Donation program in North America to schedule pick-up and provide tax papers.  Found in 1982, IAA has led the salvage auto auction industry and worked to ensure the best value to Buyers and return to Sellers.

This free service provides the donor an easy to donate their unwanted item. This includes either having your vehicle or other item towed at no expense, or the donor can take the item to a specific location. Through IAA, all tax forms and paperwork is processed and the donor receives copies for their tax filings.
