In conjunction with the Wyandotte and Johnson County Workforce Partnerships, we want to help you get back on your feet. If you are homeless, on probation/parole, or receiving public assistance, we can help you:
The Job Center includes such features as:
Annually, 700-900 individuals will obtain employment through the Job Hunters program offered by Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas. A participant usually visits the Job Center 12-15 times before a job is obtained.
All new job hunters start with an orientation, held every week at the following times:
Johnson (9221 Quivira Road) – Mondays at 8:30 am, (913) 577-5910
Wyandotte (552 State Ave) – Wednesdays at 8:30 am, (913) 279-2602

Disability Job Placement Services
We provide employment services for persons with disabilities or disadvantages who are experiencing barriers to employment. Services are provided in response to the particular needs of each community.

Once the individual is referred, a Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation Case is opened. If the individual is found eligible for VR services, then the following activities may be completed by Goodwill staff:
