Goodwill Associate Water Drinking Challenge 2021

A MoKan Goodwill Employee Engagement Activity

The Wellness Committee is very excited to be launching our first activity for 2021: The Goodwill Water Drinking Challenge! Our goal is to support positive physical and mental health, give everyone more tools for stress reduction, build resiliency in this time of change, and keep everyone healthy and happy while having fun. This challenge will be announced via the Associate text line and email, with weekly updates sent via email and posted to this challenge web page.

Why WATER? Water makes up a significant percentage of the human body. According to The Water in You, should you become dehydrated, your symptoms may include headaches, fatigue, irritability and poor concentration, just to name a few. We’re sure that everyone could benefit from an increase in their water intake and we’re going to make it fun to do just that!

How to Compete:

The challenge occurs Monday, August 9th - Sunday, August 29th, so challenge yourself on a daily water intake. It takes about 21 days to make a habit, therefore, the challenge will be for 21 days. Your individual daily water consumption should equal between one-half ounce and one ounce for each pound of your weight. To calculate your daily water intake, please see the following:
